assist investor in determining criteria for prospective investment properties, including price range, type of property and location in Las Vegas. We can provide a list of "recommended" investment properties and related financial information such as HOA fees, property taxes, potential rental income to assist with determining Return on Investment
drive by and pictures taken of selected properties
research of property liens on title for selected properties, including property taxes, HOA fees
referral to certified accountant/US tax specialist to assist with accounting aspects of purchasing property in the US in regards to taxation, liability and asset protection
referral to US real estate attorney in Las Vegas to assist with legal aspects of purchasing property in the US, including establishment of an LLC if required
referral to US mortgage broker in Las Vegas
identification of target investment properties, and target maximum price for bidding
2. Purchasing of Investment Property
